Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Cloyn (cloyn.net) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to support@cloyn.net.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or another provider. Sign-in is handled by our provider, Clerk.
- Your Cloyn wallet. Its public address, and its private key, which we store encrypted.
- Settings and activity. The wallet addresses you copy and the names you give them, your copy settings, the trades Cloyn copies for you, and your withdrawals.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, and request logs kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
- Payments. If paid plans are introduced, Stripe will process payments. We never see or store your full card number.
Importing from fomo
When you use the import button, your own browser reads the wallet addresses and display names of traders in your fomo feed and sends only those to Cloyn. Your fomo login stays in your browser. Cloyn never receives or stores it.
The blockchain is public
Solana is a public network. Your wallet address, balances, and transactions can be seen by anyone, and they can’t be deleted by us or anyone else. Cloyn reads public on-chain data about the wallets you choose to copy.
How we use information
- To run Cloyn: detect trades, place copies, and process withdrawals.
- To keep accounts and the service secure, including preventing abuse.
- To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run Cloyn, and only what they need:
- Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), and Railway (trade engine hosting).
- Solana network providers and Jupiter, which see wallet addresses and transactions when we read the blockchain and route swaps.
- Stripe, if paid plans are introduced.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect the service. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except anything we must keep by law. On-chain records can’t be deleted.
Withdraw your funds before deleting your account. Deleting it destroys your wallet’s private key, and anything left in the wallet can’t be recovered.
Security
Private keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), only our servers can access the database, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing support@cloyn.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them.
Age requirement
Cloyn isn’t for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes. See also our Terms of Service.
