Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Cloyn (cloyn.net). By creating an account or using Cloyn, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Cloyn.

1. What Cloyn does

Cloyn is software. It watches public Solana wallet addresses that you choose and places similar trades in a Solana wallet that Cloyn creates for you, following the settings you choose. Cloyn is not a broker, exchange, bank, or investment adviser. Nothing on Cloyn is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Who can use Cloyn

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and allowed to use services like this where you live. You may not use Cloyn if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned country or region.

3. Your account

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone has accessed it without permission, email support@cloyn.net right away.

4. Your wallet and funds

  • Cloyn creates a Solana wallet for your account and stores its private key, encrypted, on our servers. This lets Cloyn place the trades your settings trigger and the withdrawals you request.
  • You can withdraw USDC and SOL to another Solana address at any time while the service is operating.
  • Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed. Check every address before you send. Only send assets on the Solana network. Assets sent from other networks may be lost, and Cloyn can’t recover them.

5. Copy trading risks

  • Cloyn copies a trade only after the trader’s transaction is confirmed, so your price will be different from theirs, sometimes by a lot.
  • Copies can be skipped or fail, for example because of low balance, no available trading route, price movement, network congestion, or errors in Cloyn or the services it relies on.
  • Tokens, especially new ones, can quickly lose most or all of their value. A trader’s past results don’t predict future results.
  • You choose which wallets to copy and how much to risk. You accept the risk of losing money. Only use money you can afford to lose.

6. Fees

Cloyn is free during its beta. Every on-chain transaction costs Solana network fees, paid in SOL from your wallet. Swaps are routed through third parties such as Jupiter, whose prices may include their own fees. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before you’re charged anything.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Cloyn for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation;
  • try to access accounts, data, or systems that aren’t yours, or interfere with the service;
  • overload the service or get around its limits.

8. Other services

Cloyn relies on third parties, including the Solana network, Jupiter, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, and Railway. We aren’t responsible for their availability or actions. Cloyn is not affiliated with or endorsed by fomo.family.

9. Changes, suspension, and shutdown

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of Cloyn. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or when the law requires it. In either case we’ll let you withdraw your funds unless the law prevents it. If we decide to shut Cloyn down, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can so you have time to withdraw.

10. No warranties

Cloyn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any trade will be copied.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Cloyn is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Cloyn in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Cloyn after an update means you accept it.
